Given my unseemly love of bad guys with ornately bizarre speech patterns, I’m rather shocked that Imperial Pimpoton Alpha hasn’t yet reappeared in the series. Just noticed that, given the similar “dialogue” issued by the ball gag in panel 2, apparently all the assets of the Cosmolactic Empire speak in this goofiness-intensive manner when their language is translated into English. Thus, I can confidently say that, in all likelihood, wacky-tongued servants of the Cosmolactic Empire—and perhaps even the illustrious Cosmolactic Emperor himself!—will one day make another appearance in Empowered.
