Panel 2: Yeahp, turns out that Mindf**k is one of the very few superheroes to be aware of Emp's real name.

Panel 3: Whoops!  In a none too far-seeing move on Decade-Ago Me's part, stating that Mindf**k's parents were "aged hippies" is a tad logistically problematic, given that we'll soon discover that the character is quite young.  A dodgy call ten years ago, which has only become dodgier as the Empverse's timeframe (in which only a few months pass during the entire series) inexorably diverges further and further from our own.

Panel 5: Note that Emp appears remarkably casual and nonchalant about having her mind read.
