We continue serialization of the collected version of the three-issue 2017 miniseries Empowered and the Soldier of Love, written and laid out by me and featuring full-color artwork by the Chilean webcomic artist Karla Diaz.

Panel 3: A neat, more colorful approach from Karla to this Cape Karaoke setting than the darker (and obvsly monochromatic) version I draw myself.

Panel 4: Future plot point ahoy! (In fact, multiple plot points, as the next few pages will show.)

Panel 5: Not sure why I didn't use "SUPERLADIES" on that sign, as was seen at the end of Empowered vol. 9 (in a page I don't have the time to look up).

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new, such as updates on fantasy test projects The Last Party and The Chaste and the Chained. Golly!
