We continue serialization of the collected version of the three-issue 2017 miniseries Empowered and the Soldier of Love, written and laid out by me and featuring full-color artwork by the Chilean webcomic artist Karla Diaz.

Panel 4: By eerie coincidence, I heard "Unbreak My Heart" on a local sports-talk radio station this afternoon, with the context being that the show's hosts were in heartbroken mourning over the Boston Celtics losing to the New York Knicks in the NBA playoffs. Eerie, I tell you! (Yes, I mainly listen to Boston sports talk all frickin' workday long; not a big stretch for a native New Englander like myself, needless to say.)
