Panel 1: Come to think of it, hope Emp wasn't dropping any food in the midst of this scene, lest innocent civilians far below get hit by stray Chinese cuisine. (Then again, it's entirely possible that Spooky's "bubble" of psychokinesis would extend to cover such dropped food items, though we're not seeing drifting crumbs and the like in this scene.)

Panels 3 & 4: Ehh, these shots of Emp talking while eating didn't quite work out—but then again, properly conveying via facial close-ups that a character is chewing can be quite tricky, especially when you're working in a stylized and cartoony facial design style as I am.

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new. Golly!
