Panel 2: Bizarrely enough, the original published version of this page featured the curious misspelling "shepard" instead of "shepherd," an error I truly cannot explain. (Was I thinking of Sam Shepard for some reason? No idea, TBH.) Not sure how the hell I didn't notice this, or how this peculiar blunder subsequently managed to slip through editorial proofreading.

For this webcomic version, I gritted my teeth and tried to fix the error in Photoshop, but soon ran into trouble as there simply was not enough available space to squeeze the correct "shepherd" into that line of dialogue without awkwardly tinkering with all the other words around said line. (Hence the wonky-looking lettering on those corrections, which might well end up being arguably more distracting than a straightforward spelling error.)

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used.
