Panel 1: Not a stunningly successful figure drawing, as that’s a very tricky pose to attempt off the top of one’s head. I’ve drawn similar poses from photoreference, and even then getting the upper torso even remotely close to what you’re seeing is very challenging indeed. Still, for my money Emp’s hips still worked out pretty well. (The rest of her torso, not so much.)

Panel 2: Paging the dudes who complain that I draw too-short feet! Yeahp, that was true, though (as ever) that’s only one of many figure-drawing stylistic flourishes I trotted out back then.

Panels 2-4: Thanks again to the previously mentioned helpful reader from the BDSM community, as it was her idea that a caring and solicitous captor might hogtie Emp in such a manner to cut down on her discomfort level.

Panel 4: Alas, the vagaries of web serialization of a print-based comic kick in once again, as  Emp’s interrupted thought, here, won’t be addressed until after the weekend. Er, keep it in mind, I guess?
