Panel 5: Rest assured that we will get some clarification as to who won this award—well, kinda. And yeahp, this particular award is an oblique reference to the old “Talent deserving of wider recognition” category that the North American comic field's Eisner Awards used to give out. (I forget what the hell that award is called nowadays, as I’ve not bothered to vote for the Eisners in quite a while.)
