Panel 1: Arguably could’ve avoided the “panty shot” by rotating Ninjette so her lower legs would be in the way, but that likely would’ve required using one-point perspective to depict the bed and the rest of the room, which is something I prefer to avoid whenever possible. (Er, unless that meant showing Emp standing at an angle to the bed, which wouldn’t have been the end of the world.)

Panel 2: I quite like this “Stealth Mode” riff and, in retrospect, am disappointed that I never revisited it in subsequent Empowered stories. Oh, well.
