Ah, the ol’ city park from vol. 3, one of my favorite Empowered settings, as it’s incredibly simple and speedy to draw while still looking acceptably—if deceptively—detailed.

Panel 2: Continuing the long-running tradition of Thugboy’s often gun-related T-shirts, this one reads “GLOCK: PERFECTION.” Ah, but I can only wish he actually did use a Glock, as those boxy semiautomatics are considerably easier to draw than the frustratingly nightmarish Ruger P89 he usually brandishes.
