For some reason, I find it surprisingly difficult to draw superhero masks which show the wearer’s actual eyes, which is why almost all of the “capes” in the Empverse sport blank-eyed masks. Even tougher, I find, are ones that leave open skin around the eyes, along the lines of Batgirl’s masks. Weird, but true!

So, with this page enjoy one of the first—and quite likely one of the last—superhero costumes in all of Empowered to “show a little eye,” if you will. And an unusual amount of forehead, come to think of it, if that big “M” on Makro’s mask weren’t in the way.
