Panel 3: Whatever my good points as a (hand) letterer, one of them is not how I handle oversized text like “TWO HOURS LATER”, here.  I’ve seriously considered using an actual computer font for captions like this, as I just can’t letter this sort of material very well.

Panel 4: I’m no longer fond—to put it mildly—of the heavy-duty doses of alliteration I used with the Caged Demonwolf a decade ago, but props to Past Me for pulling off a remarkably solid “V-based chain,” as I can tell you that particular letter presents a high degree of difficulty for the would be alliterator.
