Panel 1: I quite like that supervill’s exceedingly random costume—Waldo hands! Odd-looking helmet! Feathers!—which I’m pretty sure is something I just dreamed up on the spot for this page. Note the outfit’s all-important high-contrast value scheme, which is critical to the pencil rendering I prefer; then again, I’ve also used plenty of “harsh B&W” schemes in my inked and even color-based work.

Panel 4: Could’ve skipped that middle word balloon without much impact on the panel’s overall point.

Panel 5: Could’ve skipped that second word balloon, as the first one contained the more critical point.  

Today’s Patreon update: Open slot in the weekly schedule today, as I’m putting serialization on the prose experiment I Am Empowered on hold for the time being. (Patrons don’t seem to care very much for text-based Patreon content, I’ve found.) Not sure what I’ll be posting, but something will go up today. I’ve been posting every weekday (sometimes multiple times per day) on this Patreon for well over a year, so why stop now?
