Panel 4: A (very) rare acknowledgement of how much time has passed between volumes, as she's referring to a scene from way back in vol.3. Note that a great deal of time passed during vol. 1, I believe, but very little time has elapsed during subsequent installments, with the recent Empowered vol. 11 holding the record (as its relentless action essentially takes place in "real time" over roughly 20-25 minutes).

Today’s Patreon update: As it’s a Wednesday, time for the $5+ Patron tiers to get their weekly dose of commissioned damsel-in-distress content, along the lines of the same material was eventually reworked into Empowered. (No idea as to exactly what that might be at this time, though; these commentaries are written much further out from posting than are my often last-minute Patreon updates.)
