Panel 3: Note, by the "glitter FX" indicating magic use, that Spooky is not only regrowing the tissues of her burnt face, but also regenerating her burnt-off hair as well. I'd briefly considered giving her a shorter haircut throughout the end of the story, but decided against it as I didn't feel like screwing around with new design work as the book was barreling along to its action-packed finale. (So, let's face it, folks, Spooky is actually helping out Artist Me when she regrows her hair.)

Next week, stand by for a rather sneaky Big Reveal as things get much, much worse for our bedraggled and beleaguered heroines!

Today’s Patreon update: In an attempt to scratch out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature?
