Not only are this page's sound FX rendered with the ink-based "jagged" lettering font I was breaking off out on occasion during this time, but I also used that distinctive, rather "old-school" approach for Hardkore's "HELL FROM ABOVE" shout. Golly!

Panel 2: Enjoy an extremely rare shot in which the upper half of Emp's supersuit connects with the lower half, folks! (Alas, I'm pretty sure Hardkore's impact just damaged the suit enough to show the usual fully bared midriff in successive pages.)
