We continue serialization of Empowered vol. 12, which proved to be the final volume of the series in this specific graphic-novel format, though I was unaware of that unfortunate reality when I started work on the book.

Bit a a "meta" flavor to this repeated title page, folks, as the following story is the sole remnant of my original and very different vision for Empowered vol. 12, which initially had nothing at all to do with the "Empowered and the Never-Ending Reboot" plotline that I later transplanted into the book after belatedly figuring out that I had to find some way to bring the series to an indefinite pause. More on this matter later, needless to say!
