This image is an interesting oddity, as it’s quite possibly the only title-page illustration in the entire Empowered series to depict a progression from a previous title-page illo: namely, the shot of the Value Mammoth mascot headpiece that introduced the earlier story “Very Proud.” And, well, that’s about all I can say about this particular page; let’s just say that, of the several thousand pages that comprise Empowered, some lend themselves better to commentary than others.
