Not thrilled with Decade-Ago Me’s choice to not show Emp’s shoulders in either of these images of her, implying she’s got a much longer neck than usual. This happened because I didn’t “draw through” her pose more fully on a separate rough, to make sure her upper body worked correctly. 

And this begins the almost 50-page finale of Empowered vol. 4, continuing the narrative tradition of lengthy concluding episodes first started with the previous volume’s climactic ninja fight, which is a trend that's carried through every volume since. Let’s begin, shall we?
