Panel 1: Ouch! Well, perhaps anglerfish can produce new teeth like sharks do, though I didn’t find any verification of this possibility with a desultory search online. Then again, those needly teeth seem awfully fragile-looking, so maybe they’re replaceable...? 

One riff addressed in a long-defunct Empowered prose project was Emp opining about the difficulty of using superstrength to unload on normal-human goons and minions without inflicting grievous injury, specifically including severe dental damage. I vaguely recall her speculating that open-hand “superslapping” might be one way to go, though that tactic wouldn’t appear especially badass in superheroic action scenes.
