Having received a lifetime of crap over breast size on female characters—seriously, my First Scathing Critique Evar, circa age 8, involved my sister complaining about the chest (mis)drawn on my crappy, indecipherable sketch of The Invisible Girl—I was all too happy to rub a flat-chested new heroine in peoples' faces. (Perhaps literally.) Why the heck not? Plus, I liked the idea of a character who was mo' fun, mo' confident, mo' sexy than Emp herself—well, Your Mileage May Vary on this particular judgment—but still happened to be a sub-A-cup.
