This volume came out in 2017, so I prrrrobably drew this page some time in 2016. (I should check my original scans on The Old PC sometime.) That was well before I took up life drawing on a pretty much daily basis at the end of that year and all throughout 2017; one of the several reasons I did so was because I'd grown weary of my undeniably half-assed knowledge of "liftbro"-level musculature, as seen with Thugboy's adequately rendered but rather vague and undefined physique in this shot. Note that I wasn't so much interested in (ahem) "realistic" depiction of human anatomy as I was tired of endlessly repeating the same ol' semi-informed visual riffs in my artwork, and wanted to try something new.
