(Though, come to think of it, the anthology collection Empowered Unchained does indeed have a title spread, though of a quite different format than this one.)

And there's Thugboy's oft-seen Ruger P89 semiauto pistol in Emp's hand; I'll save my long, fulminating rant about this easily referenced (for me) but notably difficult-to-draw firearm for later on in this volume's commentaries. For the time being, let me beSPOIL my future comments by hinting that, as tough to draw as this pistol's manifold bevels, scoops, angles and slopes made it, more recently I discovered that the g-d thing's even harder to shoot.

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new.
