Panel 1: Note that this is the same shot of a tree as on the previous page, but with the pursuing ninjas now scrambling across the branches. Note also that, oddly enough, I find the term “ninja” now so familiar in a Western context that I feel comfortable using the Anglicized plural “ninjas” in casual conversation, though some folks obviously feel differently. Can’t say that I’d want to write “shinobis” or “samurais” plural, though; has something to do with the fact that I’ve been hearing about “ninjas” for most of my g-d life, or so it seems.

Note further that the so-called "Law of Inverse Ninja Strength" trope is definitely not in effect, here, given that our heroine is only facing five of these shinobi. (Remember that the fifth fellow is lagging behind after extracting a shuriken from his wounded package.)

Panel 2: Yeahp, those are Ninjette’s earrings. Ouch!

Panel 3: Gotta admit that the chain Ninjette’s wielding here seems a tad long to have been wrapped around her jeans’ waistband. A doubled length of chain could’ve been a possibility—and offered more tactical versatility—but I’ve always had difficulty drawing fine-linked chains, as I always seem to wind up depicting very thick, heavy-looking links.
