Panel 1: A minor detail I decided after the fact, but is rather unclear here: The Robobait® Innocentron is voicing the words of a third party who’s remotely controlling the ’bot. In other words, this fake kid is effectively a drone being run by a human controller, and not an artificially intelligent, sentient machine that’s speculating about slapping Emp’s behind. 

Also, some wonky anatomy on hogtied Emp, here, as I committed the artistic sin of not “drawing her through”—my term for the ideal practice of sketching out a figure fully before inserting it in cut-off form into a panel. When you draw such an “interrupted” figure solely within a comic panel’s limits, one can very, very easily botch its proportions as severely as I did here. If you trace the panel-border-interrupted line from Emp’s groin to her smooshed boobs, you’ll see that is quite the alarmingly long stretch of abdomen. Forgivable, I guess, if I was consciously assaying some super-duper cartoony form of exaggerated anatomy on purpose, but of course I wasn’t.
