For the record, drawing two-handed sword poses is the g-d worst, okay? The crossing of the wrists gets annoying in a hurry. That’s why you tend to see an unusual number of Japanese swords held in single-hand grips in various illustrative media, even though the katana was pretty straightforwardly designed for a two-handed grip.
