Panel 1: If you look closely enough, you can see that I redrew Thugboy and the Demonwolf completely for the successive panels, rather than the arguably wiser and certainly more time-saving practice of copy-pasting the same image multiple times. (I did, however, trace off the underdrawing for their images each time, which might still count as “cheating” for some nitpicking critics.)

Panel 3: “Stallion and mare”? Is this line hinting at some type of My Little Pony or other furry cosplay? (SPOILER ALERT: No. No, it is not.)

I should also show some love for the fine alliterative riff “vehemently volcanic venerealism,” though that phrase arguably could have worked just as well in the form of the rejiggered “volcanically vehement venerealism” or “venereally vehement vulcanism.”)
