Panel 1: Aaaaaand after the previous three days of cryptic Emp flashback, we suddenly jump back to the real-time action with Deathmonger and Spooky. Yeahp, webcomic serialization isn’t always ideal for the book-based storytelling of this series.

Panel 2: Not sure that the sudden cutaway to the Fantasy Flamingo works especially well here, but what the heck.

Panels 3-5: And lo, the cryptic riff of different Superdead blurting “Theresa?” recurs once more, after previous occurrences earlier in the volume. (Each previous link should goes to a separate such incident.)
