Panel 2 is, as you might recall, a flashback to a certain canoodling scene from Empowered vol.5.

Panel 4: While the first word in “PANDEMONIAC PORTRAITIST” is fairly abstruse thesaurus-bait, I still think the term overall boasts a certain ineffable je ne sais quoi.

Panel 5: In retrospect, the neologism “-bicepped” might arguably have been better spelled “biceped”  with a single P, instead.  (Or maybe not, as it occurs to me that “biceped” kinda looks like a mangled spelling of “biped.”)
