Panel 3: No g-d way that the groins of Emp and Deathmonger are at the same level, unless the latter is kneeling. Note that this is an error I very often make when drawing cut-off figures like this; if I had drawn full figures of both characters, this problem could’ve been avoided. On the other hand, though, drawing full-length versions of characters cut off by panel borders every g-d time would be notably more consumptive of precious and finite worktime.
