Aaaaaand now it’s time for a sudden scene and timeframe change, folks! Best get used to these sudden time jumps, webcomic readers, as Empowered vol. 7 is veritably chockablock with such abrupt page-to-page—and even panel-to-panel—scene changes.

Panel 2: Why, just yesterday I was blithering about Ninjette’s (ahem) “unrealistically” clinging shorts, and mentioned that I am fully capable of depicting “realistically” clinging clothes—such as Sexy Librarian Emp’s skin-tight miniskirt seen here, which was very likely photoreferenced. My point yesterday was that I couldn’t see how “buttshots” with realistically clingy clothing were any less objectionable than buttshots with unrealistically clingy clothing.

Today’s Patreon update: Probably (but not certainly) another dose of Vintage Con Sketches, from the late-90s/early-2000s era when I was cranking out a ton of ’em.
