Most of this page's dialogue was worked out long ahead of time, well before I ever put pencil to paper, while I was either  A) out hiking for the day's cardio in the afternoon or B) drinking a few beers and zoning out to the PS2 racing game Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition after the end of the working day. These are the two occasions when I do most of my plotting and/or story development—or, in this case, work out the dialogue for key moments in a volume.

Not a big SPOILER, I think, to note that we're about 50-odd pages out from another key bit of dialogue that I had worked out months or possibly even years before writing and drawing the actual pages. As with several other of these Big Empowered Soliloquies, I can still recite much of said dialogue from memory, given how I'd spent so much time refining and rewriting the text in my head beforehand.
