Panel 1: In case you'd forgotten, Syndablokk and King Tyrant Lizard's past in art school was mentioned way back in Empowered vol. 2 during their first appearance.

The lesson, here, seems to be: "ALWAYS DESIGN A SERIOUS SUPERHERO."  (Which means that I would certainly be screwed in this admittedly unlikely scenario.)

Panel 2: Yeahp, Courtney did indeed suffer "a splitting headache," didn't she? Yikes! (Also just occurred to be that flight must be a bit of a challenge for these conjoined twins.)
