Panel 4: First time I drew this shot, I accidentally depicted the wrong g-d hand getting blown off, much to my chagrin. Admittedly, I could've just left the severed hand as a silhouette to hide the issue, but I really wanted that pentagram symbol to be visible on the back of said hand. So, I drew a piece of correction "patch art" and had that inserted over the original "leftie" artwork.

Note also that this page's closing line—"BUT I DO DESERVE THIS"—is very likely a rather obscure reference to the title of Empowered vol. 5's story "Tell Me That I Deserve This," the one in which Mindf**k died and, consequently, Spooky spat her self-hating, self-lacerating climactic rant; as you're about to see, Theresa's opinion of herself hasn't improved much since then.

Today’s Patreon update: In an attempt to scratch out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used.
