Panel 3: Here, you can see the aspects of Mindf**k's character design that differentiate it from Emp's facial design—besides the lack of eyes, that is. A) She's always depicted with a "shadow and one nostril" nose, as opposed to Emp's two nostrils; B) she has thin lips, unlike Emp's often Big Pouty ones; and C) her chin is chisel-shaped, though that's not as clear in this particular shot.

Come to think of it, she also has wavy blonde hair that's a callback to Cory Emerson's from Dirty Pair: A Plague of Angels, which is a fairly serious difference from Emp's flatter, straighter hair. After seeing some excellent cosplay of Mindf**k a few years ago, I considered attempting an alternate rendering of her hair based on the cosplayer's wig, but my abortive stabs at that approach were way, waaaay too far afield from the highly stylized mane I usually draw.
