Panel 6: Wellp, time for Emp to head back to the ol' Joint Superteam Executive Council's Star Chamber, last seen a mere 112 pages ago. (Yeahp, yet another example of the limitations of daily serialization of a comic originally meant to be consumed in 200-page installments all at once.) This should make for an interesting scene, don't you think?
