Cliffhanger time, folks!

This page is the final one for "Not a Good Time to be Empowered," which was vol. 9's opening chapter. Next up is an interlude episode, "Power Stripped," which takes place several weeks earlier and sets up at least one or two riffs that bear fruit in "Distress and the Damsel," the very long, action-packed epic that takes up the rest of the book and resolves today's cliffhanger quite thoroughly.

As I've mentioned before, I plan to tack on a fairly lengthy (and, IMHO, fairly sexeh) scene to the end of "Power Stripped," a sequence from the first draft that I cut from the published volume due to pagecount restrictions. Yay?

Today’s Patreon update: In an attempt to scratch out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new.
