Panel 1: The idea, here, was that Emp was running up to the wall after completing her fight-move combo on the previous page. (Webcomic serialization is unhelpful for transitions like this, of course.)

Panel 6: Go figure, I'd never heard of this "bim bum" dealie before stumbling across it in an online search for girls' games along these lines that might've been au courant during Emp's childhood and/or adolescence, but included it anyway.

Also, behold—okay, hear, or more accurately, read—the terrible majesty of Emp's gawdawful "crackah-ass accent." (You miiiight keep this in mind for future reference.)
