Panel 4: Another "Emp rescuing civilians" riff, though I'm not entirely sure that readers can tell that this is supposed to be a mountainside rescue of a hapless climber, given the obvious lack of a full-on establishing shot to properly set the scene.

Next week on the webcomic serialization, the HeroNet "Power Profile" (and effective series recap) rolls onward in an unfortunately distressing direction.
