As a helpful commenter pointed out recently, for those of you unable to cope with Le Chevalier Blanc's mangled "Franglais" or the character's general obnoxiousness, feel free to pop back in on the webcomic circa February 24th or so for the moment when Emp finally turns the tables on this latest douchecanoe.

A quite vocal portion of print-comic readers could not cope with Le Chevalier even when reading this entire chapter in one go; not surprisingly, looks like webcomic commenters are faring no better with a protracted version of this grating fellow's appearance. Once again, the drawn-out online format does this series no favors.

On the other hand, as I might have mentioned before, rest assured that you webcomic readers are going to enjoy a massive, massive degree of privilege at the end of this volume compared to what print-comic readers had to endure.

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new.
