Panel 1: I quite like this nice, big ol’ “two-shot” of Ninjette and the Demonwolf. Might have to revisit this kinda dealie for Empowered vol. 12, which I am presently struggling, grinding & flailing—or failing!—my way through.

Panels 2 & 3: Big Pouty Lips Ahoy, though panel 2’s rather more cartoony approach arguably might not be considered a true “BPL” appearance.

Panel 3: I’ll prrrrrobably address this issue in more detail with tomorrow’s page (or not, if my godawful DSL issues continue), but I did stumble across some limited, semi-historical justification for some ninja clans leaning more in the direction of Shintoism than Buddhism, with the idea being that Ninjette’s gaijin clan of “meanest weebaboos alive” would’ve considered the former to be “more authentically Japanese” than the latter.

Today’s Patreon update: As it’s a Wednesday, time for the $5+ Patron tiers to get their weekly dose of commissioned damsel-in-distress content, along the lines of the same material that was eventually reworked into Empowered. (No idea as to exactly what that might be at this time, though; these commentaries are written much further out from posting than are my often last-minute Patreon updates.)
