Panel 1: Thanks once again for Jeff Rice creating the SketchUp 3D model used to generate this bathroom's setting, as seen extensively in Empowered vol.7. Due to my comparatively primitive art technique of penciling directly on paper, I had to work up specific shots and camera angles in the model, print 'em out as jpegs, then transfer 'em as faint, H-lead construction lines in the final panel. A tedious process, sure, but not remotely as tedious as working up the tile patterns in proper perspective by hand.

Panels 1-2: "[S]orcerous Strumpet"? "[M]ystical mendacity"? Whatever could the eldritch erlking be referring to?

Panel 3: In case you can't read hiragana, Ninjette is using the Japanese exclamation "ara." Note that, needless to say, this usage predates the current "ara ara" meme that most if not all of my favorite v-tubers use all the time. BTW, until I just now looked up a link for that "ara ara" meme, I had no idea that it had an origin in shotacon hentai(!). Yikes!
